Front Desk Clerk: Full Time position
Job Description:
Applicant should be outgoing, multi-tasking, well groomed, and computer literate. The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills. Job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) making guest reservations, checking guests in and out, answering guest inquiries promptly, directing telephone calls, cash handling and problem solving. Proficient keyboarding skills are required and you must be able to work weekends and a flexible schedule including day and night shifts. We look for people who like teamwork, who are committed to providing the highest level of customer service to our guests, and who are dependable. Hotel experience is a plus, however not required. We will train the right person.
